Rapid-Response Leak Arrest for Emergency Pipeline Maintenance.

FixNow® is a rapid-response solution for pipeline leak control, engineered to arrest localized defects and minimize fluid loss while a permanent repair is planned and executed. The system creates an immediate seal and a high-strength containment wrap over the damaged area, enabling fast and controlled field installation to temporarily restore asset operability without the need for complex, time-consuming repair processes.

The system integrates:

  • FixNow Putty®: A fast-curing epoxy putty used to seal the leak and level the defect
  • FixNow Wrap GFR®: A water-activated, pre-impregnated fiberglass wrap that forms a high-strength containment layer around the pipeline.

  • Pressurized pipelines operating at up to 400 psi.
