Advanced Cold-Applied Viscoelastic Corrosion Protection

PROTEKTA® is a cold-applied viscoelastic corrosion protection system engineered to preserve the integrity of pipelines and metallic assets. Its multilayer architecture utilizes advanced viscoelastic materials to provide a long-term barrier against corrosive elements.

The system integrates a viscoelastic putty for surface leveling and void filling, a viscoelastic tape acting as the primary anticorrosion barrier, and an external PVC outerwrap that provides mechanical and environmental protection.

This configuration enables permanent, high-tack adhesion with the substrate—even on complex or irregular geometries—delivering continuous protection without the need for curing, solvents, or operational shutdowns.

  • Ideal for welds, flanges, valves, fittings, and irregular surfaces.
  • Interfases aero-enterradas.
  • HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling).
  • Compatible with existing coating systems: adheres to steel, FBE, PE, PP, and existing factory-applied coatings (in good condition).
